International Orders
In the past, we were not able to accept credit cards issued outside of the US and Canada. Now your International credit card can be processed thru Paily. If your billing or shipping address is outside of the US and Canada, our order system will take you to the Paily website to complete your order. Plasma & LCD Policy Please inspect all Plasma & LCD displays being delivered to you. If the box has external damage notify the driver immediately and indicate any damages on the bill-of-lading and notify us promptly at 800-672-2603. Please power up the unit within 48 hours of receiving to report any hidden/concealed shipping damages.
Return Policy All returns must be called in for prior authorization. If your products are defective please call for an RMA number at 732 625 3081. All defective returns must be returned within a 14 day period. Any non-defective goods must also be returned within a 14 day period and may be subject to a 10% restocking charge. No refunds or exchanges on digital cameras, video cameras and car stereo whatsoever. Seek an authorized service center for these items.
No returns whatsoever on Televisions, DVD Recorders, Camcorders, Hard Disc Recorders, Satellite Receivers.
These products all covered by the manufacturers warranty.

All returned products must be returned in the original boxes with ALL contents included, any product returned with warranty cards filled in or writing on owners manuals or goods not in their original packaging will be refused.
To issue an RMA number we need your name and daytime phone number. Invoice number. Product being returned. Customers email address.
All returns must be in resaleable condition including original packaging and packaging materials, all cords, cables, remote controls, cartons and documentation, registration and warranty material, and like-new condition of the merchandise and packing materials.
Do not write RMA numbers on manufacturers cartons as this will make the product appear used and we might have to charge you for a new carton.
